噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

1、省去了常規噴砂房砂料輸送煤循環系統的螺旋輸送機，斗式提升機以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，節約了地基施工費用，大大節約了工程成本；

5、超聲波焊接機利用單級降塵，1、級利用風暴轉移器，二是級用濾蕊式降塵設備，其總降塵使用率多達99.99%之上；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統”，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；

7、各軟件模式化電子有效控制軟件模式適用互鎖有效控制，當其中的一軟件模式化存在告警時，關聯軟件模式化均止住上班，噴槍止住發射；

8、房體用于鋼結構建筑裝飾品制定，表面簡明扼要、漂亮、國家標準，降躁效用好，且裝高效快捷。
