常用作圓孔及中大型給水管的罐壁噴漆工藝，它是運用無氣噴漆機輸送管來的直流電粉末外墻乳膠漆，根據精制的管口，使粉末外墻乳膠漆做霧化后之間構成送話器形（園圓錐形、空腔），不規則地噴在給水管內界面，得以確保給水管的噴漆工藝。 NKP-1型基本適合于Ф50-Ф300mm的管網，漆消費黏性不得當優于80秒（4號福特杯）。一旦油漆涂料粘合度要高于80秒，需要加溶解稀釋劑溶解稀釋。NKP-1型最通常不會遭受水管尺寸影響，但很好不善于15米。
